Yes Leukemia is covered by Medicare.  It makes no difference if you have a Medicare Advantage Plan or A Medicare Supplement Plan.  If you have Leukemia you may also qualify for a Medicare Special Needs Plan,  these type of Medicare plans are more tailored to help individuals cope with different types of cancers.   Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Humana and others offer these types of plans.

Medicare does cover treatment for leukemia.  Medicare generally covers chemotherapy if  a cancer patient is in the hospital, an outpatient clinic or a doctor's office.  If the chemotherapy is administered by an IV at a doctor's office  Medicare Part B may cover it and if it is given by IV in a hospital, Medicare Part A many cover it.  Medicare that is  paired with the right Medigap plan can provide 100% coverage for many services.

Yes, the treatments are covered by Medicare and some Medicare supplements and Medicare advantage plans.  Prescriptioin drugs for Leukemia can be expensive with Part D.
